Hi @Kal_Lam I have the same issue as you can see in the screenshot. I not identifiy difference in the name project between app and user account
The username account is : xxxxxxx. This submission are integrated in a big survey that is just starting, bests, Samuel
@Samuel1, is this an issue with only a single device or is it an issue with other devices too? Could you also share with me the screenshot from your app (Settings>Server)? That should give us a clue if there is any configuration issue.
