500 Error
If this is a significant error that needs to be fixed, please send a support request to support@kobotoolbox.org with information about what triggered this error.
It’s been a week and this error still appearing, our work stopped and we are thinking of using an alternative tool for data collection.
Does any one know what is the problem?!!

Welcome to the community forum. Do you mind providing us with more information on the problem i.e.
- What were you doing when the error 500 appeared
- Which server is your project located on i.e. a link to the project will help
- Sample of your XLS form that you have been using for this project.
- Any additional screenshots of the issue.
