Access denied and can't log in

Hi Support team, I have been using Kobo for years, today I got the below message for Access Denied. I’m using the OCHA server. I tried to empty my cache, tried opening from another browser, same problem repeats. Pls help.

Access denied

Either you don’t have access to this page or this page simply doesn’t exist.

Please contact the support team if you think it’s an error.

Additional details:404: Not found.
