I writeing to you because since a week me and my collegues who use the paltform have problem to load the login page while we are connected through a VPN with this error message:
You have tried to access a web page which belongs to a category that is blocked.
. As a first step I checked with my IT colleagues if it might have some refused connection on the firewall (we have Fortigate system) and we didn’t find any entry. They said that there isn’t any problem from our side; we tried also to put the URL in the white list in the web content filter, but with no result. In addition, our firewall usually replay with a custom logo when a web page is refused and specify also the bloked category.
My question is: may this issue come from your side??
