Adding explanation / hints to Groups and sub-groups

Is it possible to provide explanations/hints for each group and sub-group?

This would be over and above what is possible through questions.

@AvaB, as advised by @hakan_cetinkaya, you could add a note question type for the group to add details to your group. The hint and guidance hint only work with questions and do not support the group.
