Adding grouping questions to the library

Is it possible to add a group of questions to the library?

I’ve tried it and it generated the following error message;"…must have one of these sheets: survey, library

Hi @bazzouzi,

Looking at the screenshot you shared, it seems that you have wrongly renamed the survey tab with library tab in the xlsform (Image 1). Change the same and you should be able to upload your xlsform in the library as BLOCK Type.

Instead of using the library (as outlined in the image below) try using survey it should work.
