Allowing only certain responses to a repeat-count question

Hi,

Kindly help me find the formula to validate the following:
During the survey if the field staff enters 2 family members over 18 years of age, I would like to allow him to fill the following section on household composition for adults under person’s name only on two occasions. On the third instance, I would like to highlight it as error because earlier the number of members over 18 years of age was 2.

Please help me address this query.

I am not uploading the excel sheet into Kobo Toolbox. I have formulated the questions directly on the application. Kindly tell me how to execute the same in the section either by using the skip logic or validation criteria functions, whichever you think would work best. If there is a link to any tutorial for addressing this issue, do let me know.

@balghar02, kindly please be informed that the repeat count feature is only available with the xlsform. And the same is not supported in the form builder UI.
