Please contact support@kobotoolbox.org with the link to this page and the error messages below:

  • Can’t find Caregiver.csv.
  • Can’t find Caregiver.csv.csv.
  • FormLogicError: Could not evaluate: /model/instance[@id=“Caregiver”]/root/item[UID = ‘’]/ Name of Officer, message: Failed to execute ‘createExpression’ on ‘XPathEvaluator’: The string ‘./’ is not a valid XPath expression.

Welcome to the community, @punbu_24! Seems like the issue is with your CSV file. You may need to check it under the Project>Settings>Media to see if it’s there.
