Is it possible to get boundaries in the reply panel of any question?

Could you provide a little more information about your issue? Perhaps a screenshot?

As far as I am aware, there is not an option for showing the boundaries of a text question. (I looked at appearance options)
But I can suggest a workaround, you can add default column for your questions and define those as “Please write your answer in here” or something like that. (And maybe adding a constraint for that default answer stating “You need to change this answer.”)
