Apparently I deleted a form by mistake. USER ID is hazem, the form ID was something similar to New Arrivals Exit Interview Azraq 2016. IS there a way to restore it?

Restoring an already deleted project is not always possible as it requires manually checking previous backups on our side, so we can’t promise that it’s possible. Please send us the following details to sup...@kobotoolbox.org so we can have a look:
- Server you’re using
- form ID (check in an exported file to find it)
- Date when the project was deleted
- Number of records already submitted
