Hi! I am trying to download data from my survey. However, I can not click to “OK” button and therefore cannot download data file. I have tried with different data file formats (xlm, csv) but it does not work now (even though it worked before). Please help!
Welcome to the community @thithugiangluu! Would you mind trying the same with Chrome and see if you see the same issue. I guess you need not see this with Chrome.
