How to upgrade “Community plan” to “Teams plan”?

I had a similar issue before. In my case, the upgrade option didn’t appear until the billing cycle refreshed and I logged out and back in.
After that, the plan change went through without any problems. Might be worth checking if it’s a timing or account refresh thing.
