Thank you. I want to give the default form name in the kobo collect app through kobo toolbox website. Is it possible?
For example by default name of the project is name of the form name. How can I make respondent name a default form name?

Hi @scherrie, You could also have a look at this workaround which uses date-time stamp to auto generate a unique id for your survey form. In the survey tab of your xlsform: [Image 1] In the setting tab of your xlsform: Please note that this is optional (if and in-case you wish to name your survey submissions based on the unique id). [Image 2] Data entry screen as seen in Enketo: [Image 3] Reference xlsform: Uniqe ID (Example).xls (23 KB) Have a great day!

But please note that this at the moment is not available with the form builder UI.
