we using the same connection, just retried more 5times… in different time slot.

How big was the data being downloaded?
it is around 6000-8000 records
That should not be an issue at all. It must have been a time out. Next time you have such a delay, run console (Ctrl+Shift+J) so that we see what is the documented error when the download fails.

I have clued too… i have 13 projects setup - some of them have less than 100 records but also have same experienced. anyway well noted as your suggestion next time.
