Cannot submit filled forms

My enumerators have an issue in submitting filled forms. there is a error message as below;
Error: Generic Exception Error (404) at https://kc,kobotoolbox.org/submission?deviceID=collect%3AxRTFTo\0eGIVV14X0g

Please let me know how to rectify this problem

Are you using Collect android app or Enketo?

Could you share with the community the screenshot from your Collect android app General Settings>Server? Maybe this should help us identify your issue.
