Can't be downloaded the results

Dear all,
I have completed the data collection but when I go to project-advanced downloads (beta) - advanced exports to download the results as an excel sheet, BUT there is a problem of loading. It the message appears like this:
This site can’t be reached

The webpage at https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info/melcfl/reports/aFniPLgjJhtTcaw9Ka4UTZ/export.xlsx?lang=Lao+(lo)&group_sep=%2F&hierarchy_in_labels=None might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR

How to solve it? or it might because the Kobo Server is under fixing?
