cant deploy due to connection problem

HI

I am trying to deploy a form but a message pops up “Unable to deploy please check your connection and try again.”

i have tried logging out, tried using different accounts, tried deploying other forms, nothing works

im attaching the document for your reference

please help as i need to start data collection Monday morning

In the meantime, you can directly upload your xls in the project page. You will need to:

· Save the xls with a name that has no space

· Edit the id_string in the settings tab to avoid spaces

(these are minor issues we will fix soon)

Once uploaded you can visualize your form.

Hi,

The deployment issue has been fixed last night. It only affected the HHI server at kf.kobotoolbox.org, not OCHA’s server at kobo.humanitarianresponse.info.
