Hello everyone, i’m a working currently on a very important project, we created a survery for the data collection to determine the baseline before lauching it.
The survey has in total 248 questions, we type it enterely in Koboo, we hav’ent used no xls form builder. Yesterday i realised that when i try to modify it, it say '“There is a translation that has no name” it was real even tough we have typed the survey in French (I”m in Sénégal). So i fixed it by deleting all the translation and leaving only french and redeployed.
After that i tried to modify and it says this time that some question has so label and hint. Then i downloaded the xls form and i saw that the “Label” collumn was empty also the “Hint collumn” but i know that Hint in’st mandatory. How can the Label be empty knowing that can’t be possible normally.

We are currently investigating the issue and will update you as soon as we have more information to share. In the meantime, could you please provide us with details about what you attempted to edit? This will help us better understand the issue and replicate it on our end. In addition to this, please also let us know the server you are using. This should be helpful for us investigate it further.
Good afternoon Lam i am actually using the non Humanitarian server. I typed the entire survey with someone that shared the project with me. The survey is very long 248 questions with complex skip logic we tried to submit and i worked but when tried to modify some formulation at first it says “there is an unnamed translation” and then when i fixed the problem it said again that some questions “had no label or hint” then i exported the xls file to see the issues and effectively i noticed that the label and hit were empty before that i couldn’t modify the survey because all the questions disappeared.
