Can't pull data

I have linked the data using media but when I enter the ID I can’t get the Linked information is there any changes that occurred due to updates on Kobo can anyone help me with this? it is urgent

Welcome back to the community, @surkhy143! Would you mind sharing your xlsform and the CSV file so that we could have a closer look at?

@surkhy143, the issue here is that you are keeping headers in your CSV file that has no information.

Remove those headers (column M to O) and you should be able to load the information from your CSV file.

thank you for response, that is not the issue, for data privacy i removed those data in real data we have those data in cells.
