Hello everyone, the changes I made on the form are not applied even though I have deployed the form. The yellow stripe at the top does not appear.
@anilgnydn, could you let us know the server you are using? Could you also share with the community a screenshot of the same?

@anilgnydn, maybe it’s due to the server issues that we are currently having with the OCHA server. Will let you know when we fix it up.
