Changes to already sent data

Good morning,

I couldn’t find a similar question so I decided to create a new topic.

A collegue informed us about a missing answer option in our survey. I have changed the questionnaire but he had already sent the data. Is there a way to make changes on the platform in order to use the graphs of the section ‘reports’ or am I obliged to download the data and do it on excel? And is there a way to delete sent data?

Kindly please be informed that you can make changes to your submitted data (in the KoBoToolbox server).
