Checking pull data questionnaire

Can Any one please see the attached two files which I made to have parent and child (pull data) questionnaire.

It seems there is a wrong and i could not find it.

@mohammedrezeq, my advice for you is that you only keep the DDA questions and check them to see if you are able to link the parent form to the child form.

what do you mean by the DDA questions?
The questions needed are only limited to the location questions if you felt missed with the long questionnaire.

additionally, I checked the child form with XLS form online. it gave me this wrong

Error: ODK Validate Errors:

XForm is invalid.
: Cycle detected in form’s relevant and calculation logic!
The following nodes are likely involved in the loop:
${C_neighbourhood}

The following files failed validation:
${Health_Nut_Facility}.v4 - Child.xml

Result: Invalid

I check again the tool but I did not find direct references to ${C_neighbourhood} in the relevant or calculation columns.
also, i didnot find it in choices

What could be the wrong… Can you please support me on this?
