Combining Dynamic data attachments and pulldata()

Hi,

I am using dynamic data attachment, however, throughout implementation we have observed many partners mix online and offline data collection. Is it possible to combine dynamic data attachment and pulldata() so the offline data can be linked to follow-up surveys (if they do this online) or is it best to do a bulk upload of offline data?
