Hello, I have been trying to upload a form but keep getting the following error: “Could not import XLSForm!”. I validated the form on getODK and also was able to upload it using a colleague’s account just fine, so I assume the issue is with my account somehow. Would appreciate any advice on how to fix.

It would also be very helpful if you could share a few screenshots of what you’re seeing so we can diagnose the problem more accurately.
If possible, please also share your XLSForm so we can take a closer look at its structure.
On the other hand If you have not already tried form please your form using the online validator. ODK - XLSForm Online
Screenshot attached after I try to upload a form. Yes, I have tested the form on getodk, it does not have any errors. I am able to upload the form on another colleague’s account, which is also a manager account, but not my own. As a result, I believe this is an account issue and not related to the form.
