Help!
I created accounts on kf.kobotoolbox.org server for new users and it’s impossible to connect, even if they’ve been activated by the users!
None issue occured during the creation process and the rules where followed.
Anyone can help me?

Is there any error message that you can take a screenshot?

@tgloaguen, did you mean you could not connect to the app with the server? Or did you have some other issues?
