Creating questions depending on multiple cascading lists and calculate the answer of the question

Hi and thank you very much for helping and fast responding
I have a problem with the cascading list I want to put two questions for the last selected item in the cascading list according to the previous selection
the problem is I have two questions that should appear for each selection (multiple selections) and I want to use the answers for the calculation
maybe the data collector choose one or two or three and I want these two questions to repeated according to the number of selected items

I tried to share you an example but it did not uploaded because I am new
