Just to clarify what you need, could you tell us which of the following you’re trying to do?

  • Create a QR code to open your form in Web Forms (Enketo) for data collection:
    For this you can use any QRCode application to create one. You can use your browsers QR Code generator or if you are looking for something else you can use Python to create one (qrcode · PyPI)

  • Configure KoboCollect on Android using a QR code
    You can set up your KoboCollect devices using a QR code this can be set up for easy copy and transfer your project setup between devices Setting up the KoboCollect app — KoboToolbox documentation

  • Use KoboToolbox to scan or read QR codes during data collection
    Note that this feature only works in KoboCollect Media questions in KoboToolbox — KoboToolbox documentation
