Hi @aditya, @icydtransfer I apologize for the interruption — we were having high load on the server at that time. Can you please confirm that you are now able to successfully access your projects and download data?

At my end there was no issue of accessing projects, issue was with data download. Now, it is downloading properly. Thankyou very much for the support.

Hi @Kal_Lam, On my side other projects are downloading however the project with most records (Home visit) is not downloading. Kindly help
