Data downloading only one format

My data only download SPSS labels even if I have set to download in XLS. What could be the issue?

Hi @smacharia and welcome to the community!

In the Apply saved export settings, can you change that to None instead of Latest unsaved settings?

It seems like there is a small bug in there.

Hu @hakan_cetinkaya . It seems a serious one. Some of my data like “name of the respondent” are mixed up. Some names are in different districts when I download in XLS, but when I check on “Table” on the database it is different

I don’t think your problem is related to the “small bug”, hakan_cetinkaya found. It seems more a problem resulting of different form versions you used during data collection.
