Good morning all, I am new to this group and this will be my first post,
Currently I am engaged in Data Collection using Kobo and encountered one challenge. The status of a form I deployed recently shows me 1948 submissions but when I exported it to SPSS (using XLS format), the number of cases came 2006 in total. Why the difference? and which one shall I take? What do you suggest to export it to SPSS for analysis?
Welcome to the community @ermias! Have you tried downloading your data as an xls format? What is the total number of submissions you see there? Also please have a look at the SUMMARY tab. What is the total number of submissions you see there?
In XLS it has also the same case which is 1948. When exporting the XLS to SPSS, the number of cases rose to 2006? I am not clear how it happened?
Which data format do you use to import to SPSS? Try using the xls (legacy)? Maybe it should work. Feel free to reach us back if the issue still persists.
