I would like to ask a question about data download. When we export and download the data from submissions, we get the file in XLS for now. Is it possible to get the file in google sheet or to link with google sheet for the submission data?

@Moemoe, with KoBoToolbox you should be able to download your data in XLS format. You could however upload the data back to google sheet if needed.
As an alternative, you could also directly collect your data and store them with google sheet as outlined and discussed in our previous post:
