I have a survey going on. My enumerator collected a data in version 1. But for some validation purpose the data does not finalize. Now I updated the version with correction of validation in the form. But the previous form is not updating. Is there any option to finalize the previous form?
The data has been collected is 2 hours long. It is very urgent. Could you please solve @anyone
Are you on KoboCollect (Android) or Enketo (web) form?
A form that has already been started cannot be ‘replaced’ part way thru; you basically have to start a new submission with the new form definition.
However, if you are filling in the form in KoboCollect, you may still be able to save it as a draft and then pull off the partial/incomplete submission data manually (without submitting it back to Kobo), if you need to preserve the raw data.
Thanks I did. But it would be great if this problem can be solved by updating the version for long questionnaire.
