When I validate the form, the data don’t save in “Data”. I don’t understand why.

Correct me if i understood you wrongly. You seem to have your data validated under the DATA>Table as shown in the image below:
But when you try to download them you do not see the Validation status. If this is the issue you are facing try downloading your dataset in one of the following format and you should be able to see the Validation status:
