Am working on a data that I want to make sure all the data are
all sorted base on the following:
I want to start with Zones (NE, NW, SS, SE)
Follow by the states and lastly
LGA (Local Government Area)
I want a situation where the Zone will determine the number
of states that will appear, also the state will also determine the following
Local Government Areas that will appear under each state selected.
