in one of my form I changed the skip logic for two questions and all previous data for those questinos are deleted. how I can bring them back?

Welcome to the community, @ahmetcavusyyd! Maybe this support article Recovering Data From Previous Form Versions should solve your issue.
All you need to do is check Include data from all ... versions as shown in the image below:
And you should be able to retrieve the data from your previous form version.
