Data loss in the server

Hallo, i have a concern. from no where i have realised that some of my data is lost. my records shows that i have 173 submisions but checking in most of them are blank. Also when Exporting data it gives me an error

Are you still having the problem. If yes, would you provide us the following details in a private message so that we could start exploring what caused the error in your end:

User Name
Project Name
Server type (OCHA or HHI)

We would also appreciate to have other additional details that would help us sort out your issue.

i am getting export failed error ‘group_kc4Sq69’ but checking on my xml i do nog have that var_name.
