Data Missing

On one of my projects in Kobotoolbox, I can’t view few of the submitted data. On the main page it says number of submissions is 105 but when I click on view data I can see only 90 data point. Even when I export data as CSV, I still only see 90 submissions. Please find attached files. Is there any way I can retrieve this data?

I am also having the same problem with my survey. I administered 194 questionnaires but when I download only 183 are available, 11 are missing. What could be the problem ?
