We have had a number of issues using KoboCollect in various projects overseas. It appears that users are submitting the data, then it is queued, but never submitted. In some cases the data appears to have been submitted, but then is lost to the ‘ether’.
Has anyone had these issues?
Is there an explanation? A browser that doesn’t work well with Kobo? Erasure of history that causes loss of local data?
