Data received are blank (except metadata)

Hi,
I would like to seek for advice regarding the following issue.

We created a survey form in local language (but values remains in English). Among many responses we have received, some are blank which means no answers appeared for any questions but metadata are provided for those “blank” data.

We have experienced this issues for the second time and could not find out yet what are the cause of the error.

Your advice and suggestions on this are very appreciated!

Additional information: Also please let us know the medium (KoBoCollect android app or Enketo) you used for data collection. If Enketo, please do not forget to mention the browser you used for data collection.

Thanks for your prompt reply. Please kindly find the following information.

For data collection, we use “Enteko” but the browsers are quite varied as we send the survey link to individual respondent and they fill out the survey from their phone or computer. But we do the test of the form mainly in Google Chrome.

We did not receive blank data when testing with chrome. We also did testing with Mozilla Firefox and Safari answering from different devices and we received all data.

The issue we are facing is that some data we have received are blank (the whole row except metadata). Most questions are mandatory and you cannot submit without answering the questions. So it is very strange that we have received the responses but no data in it.

Have you encountered any errors that are related to mobile browser (since each mobile brand had their own default browsers)?
