If i share the link of my form with someone ,can they make submissions without having an account in Kobo?

Welcome to the community, @suparsha! Yes, if you are using the Enketo web form, your enumerators should be able to submit data to your server without needing their account in KoboToolbox. You should be able to learn more about the same through our support article Collecting Data through Web Forms.
