Default response on a text question (creating a custom ID)

Hello! Is it possible to put a default response on a text question and then complete the response with an integer.

For example I need to preload Student IDs codes and numbers later ie HLF, DLF, ZLF (preloaded) when collecting data will then insert 001 to make it HLF001.

How would you set to input the 001 that you plan to add later? Is it something manually?
