Delays in updating data by API after editing the form

Because when I make a change in the form, and relaunch. I’m having trouble updating my Power BI data table and dashboard that is connected to the API, and it allows me to update data up to several days later. Is there any way to avoid this kind of delay.

If there is a change in Questions , the problem in power bi
should be kept the same questions, make sure power query in power bi after modify questions
