we have been trying to delete previous versions of the deployed from and some unknown forms when trying to get the forms from the server. we have just one form yet we see so many other forms. [see screenshot]

Welcome to the community, @leksyde! You could hide the old versions by setting the Form management>Hide old form versions as outlined in the support article:
@Kal_Lam @Josh thank you but this does not seem to work. is there no way to disable/delete all these other forms from the server.
on click of “Get blank Form” it shows numerous forms that we do not have on the server.
also are these other forms on the same project. i see that their IDs are different from the original form id
@leksyde, under the Form management you should see Hide old form versions. You will need to check this option to disable viewing the older form versions while getting blank forms to your Collect android app:
Thank you @Kal_Lam we have been able to find the issues. apparently some users duplicated the forms on the server with the credentials sent to them.
