Please help, i cant open my downloaded on excel showing xlsx can not be found. check the spelling of the file name and verify that the file location is correct

That is the message that pop up while opening the downloaded file from kobo in excel
Hi @abdullahibashiru70, sometimes excel finds it difficult to open files with long names, can you shorten the name of the file and try again?

@abdullahibashiru70, as advised by @hakan_cetinkaya, you will need to shorten your project name. Make it short and then save it and redeploy it again. Try downloading your data after you make these changes. These changes should solve your issue.
