Is there a way to disable the “Submit as Draft” option in Kobo Collect?
Is there a specific setting in the form that would allow us to turn this option off?

@fayez_70, could you kindly share a screenshot of the issue you’re encountering (Submit as Draft)? In general, a draft submission cannot be submitted from either the Collect Android App or Enketo unless it is marked as Complete. A screenshot should help clarify the issue and allow us to respond more precisely.
Do you mean ‘Save as Draft’ instead?
If so, then yes this can be disabled under Project settings → Access control → Form Entry Settings
This will remove the Save as Draft button that you otherwise see when you finish a form, and instead will only permit you to either Finalize - meaning you cannot make any further changes - or immediately go back and continue editing the form (or discard your new submission completely).
However, there is nothing to prevent the user from then re-enabling this setting. So if you really want to lock out drafts, you will need to either configure KoboCollect with a custom QR project code that both disables this setting as well as setting the in-app Admin password, or do both steps these manually on each device before handing it to your data collector(s).
Setting the Admin password in KoboCollect prevents the user from restoring any of these settings. See Customizing KoboCollect settings — KoboToolbox documentation
