Discrepancy between form and downloaded XLS

Hi Kal_Lam,
I have spotted an issue, that I cannot source it/ troubleshoot it. I am new to KoBo.
I have discrepancy between my form and downloaded data. I tried to export dataset so many times but I get the same result.
this is what I see in the form:

and in the xls, I have a breakdown of gender(same figures as the next question) for the washhf which doesn’t have a gender breakdown:

this is what I see in view form:

I have randomly checked my entries, and so far I only have one submission with this issue. I very much look forward to your help.

Welcome to the community, @Par! I have removed your screenshots and hope it’s OK to make it public now. Did you match the two sources, based on the same _id?

Thank you very much for your swift reply. Yes, I matched them based on the same _id.

OK, could you now provide me the following through a private message so that we could have a closer look at it to see if we are able to see any:

  • Username
  • Project name
  • Server
  • _id
  • Variable names that is not showing the data consistently
