I am new to kobo and have been testing the process. There are only 4 submissions. The data download has been stuck on “processing” for the past 12 hours. I am using the UNHCR server. The screenshot of the issue is attached hereby. Thank You!

BTW, could you also let us know if you are in the non-humanitarian server?
