Downloading new data

Hi,

How can we download new data? Is there any option?

I have searched and found that earlier there was no feature. Now a days, Is there any option?
I have found an api for downloading data in excel where only new data can be downloaded. I have tried and it is not working fully. Excel could not find the link downloaded from the api.

Can anyone help me regarding this?
