Duplicate downloads when using ODK Briefcase to export data

Dear Kobo Community,

I have a Kobo Toolbox server. I am using ODK Briefcase to export the data.

When I EDIT some of the data in the form on the server, and then use ODK Briefcase to export it, two rows of data are exported - one row that shows the original data, and one row that shows the edited data.

However, I can’t see that “original” data in the Kobo server - I can only see the edited data.

So I don’t know how to modify the stored data on the server so that the ODK Briefcase export only exports the correct data.
