I have a project with dynamic data attachment. While the Enketo webpage is able to pull and dispaly the data the Kobo collect app is unable to do so.
What is the trigger in kobocollect to pull the date e.g. in case of Enketo the tab / Enter is the trigger? Why is it unable to pull data
Hello, The data usually pulls the moment you swipe to the next screen. If your logic is on the same page as the question that triggers it, try putting them on separate pages (using field-list or just standard swiping). Did you “Get Blank Form” again? Even if the form version hasn’t changed, KoboCollect needs to redownload the linked data to see the new entries. Go into the app settings and make sure “Blank form update mode” is set to “Exactly match server.” This SurgeCardinfo forces the app to look for new data more aggressively. a bit of a “grammar snob” compared to the web. Double-check your ${variable} names for any tiny typos or case-sensitivity issues.
I tried to work on the solutions, it did not work, Also, in the process the Enketo connections are also disturbed. How can I check what is the mistake in the XLS files? I have run it through the form validator there are no errors.
